public servant productivity
i wonder if there is some sort of consideration made by government office to account for the huge drop in productivity which occurs while any major sporting event in on.. this morning was Australia vs England in a friendly soccer match.. so i scooted up to the cafeteria of my office to watch it on the "big" screen.. only to find half the office up there all cheering on harry =p
when theres any international cricket going on u can be rest assured the whole web tech department is sitting at their puter with baggygreen open on set to auto-refresh.

this place is full of middle-aged fathers who like nothing more than watching some aussie beating up on the Poms, then going over to the english contractors and giving them an earful.
