if anyone as ever played the ultima series they tend to drop the word avatar alot.. i.e. ultima 4: quest of the avatar, the isle of the avatar.. etc. so i always tend to associate the word with like a hero of some kind.. but in this day and age ppl usually use the word more to describe the lil picture that ppl have next to their name in a chat or a message board, rather confoosing =p jsut feels weird... on that note i lub my new avatar =) its ian from machall drawn by fred from megatokyo..
